Heat Treatment

Preheat to 815 +/- 4℃, austenitize at either 996 +/- 12℃ in a salt bath or 1010 +/- 12℃ in a controlled atmosphere furnace for 10 to 20 minutes.
Quench in air then temper at 200℃ for 2 hours.
